Just a note to say thank you for the most amazing time we had in Russia - St Petersburg was a 'wow' city, and our tour guide jenny was amazing!!
Our only wish was, that we could have spent more time there! So much to see and do!!
Our driver was amazing - always there waiting for us, in our spotless van, offering freshly bottled water, and stopping just at the right times for the bathroom.
What a beautiful city you live in - one of the highlights was having tea with the Jewish family - it really was so touching and moving for me to see our people living in total freedom! The short walk to the Jewish Сentre in which they work was amazing, as was the visit to the Shul - i found it was very emotional there!
We just loved the hermitage and all the art works, as the magnificent palace of Mr Peter!! How grand it must have been to have lived in those times - the only thing that disturbed us was the fashion of not washing and the usage of the snuff boxes!!!!!!
Jenny was such a knowledgeable lady, and could answer every question that we asked. I will highly recommend her to all and everybody that i know, that will be travelling to Russia in the future.
The ballet was great - we soon realized that this was company no 3 and not no 1, but enjoyed it all the same!! Company no 1 is at this very time, touring our home town, cape town is South Africa!!!!!!!

We hope and pray that we will be able to revisit your very special country again, and that we will be able to call upon your services.

I'm now back at work unfortunately with only my memories of the wonderful time that we spent in St Petersburg last week. The two days of touring with Lisa and Vladimir were great.  You have a real asset in Lisa; her enthusiasm and knowledge are fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and we really enjoyed meeting her. All of your arrangements from the tickets to lunch and of course our welcome gifts were excellent.  The weather could have been better though!
I have already recommended you to one of my colleagues who has a friend that is planning to go on a Baltic Cruise. I'll also put an entry on trip advisor for you.

I have now been back in Australia for a few weeks.  I just wanted to tell you that the guide you provided for me on my first day at St. Petersburg was excellent.  His name was Vladamir.  He not only had a very thorough knowledge about art and history but  was also very helpful.  Thanks to him I was able to go on the Metro by myself afterwards from the city to my hotel.  The Hermitage was as magnificent as I had been told and I was fortunate to have Vladamir to show it to me.  I also read "Onegin" as he recommended and enjoyed it very much.
I had fun at the cossack show although I almost did not get there in time for a good seat.  The food and drink at the interval was very generous.
However, overall it was a good experience and I would love to return one day.

What a great introduction to St. Petersburg. Exceed our expectations. Wonderful, knowledgeable guide and excellent driver. Nothing too much trouble.
We returned from our cruise yesterday and I am writing now to thank you and your staff for the most memorable visit to St Petersburg last Tuesday and Wednesday, 26th and 27th July.
Eugenia and Vladimir could not do enough for Brian and I and they are a credit to your company. It is difficult to say what the best was. I must say we did enjoy the trip on the Metro and of course the Hermitage was breathtaking as were the palaces and the other tours.
Pamela and David are now on their way to you. They are leaving Amsterdam today and I know how much they are looking forward to seeing St Petersburg next week.

My husband, Ben and I, had a tour with your company July 15/16 which I booked after receiving recommendation about your tours from a friend of mine.  We were extremely satisfied with our tour and our guide, OLGA, was outstanding. She made our two days the success that they were. The sights are there but the person that shows you them and guides you all days for two days is what makes the tour exceptional-OLGA was that person. We not only felt that we saw the sights but we felt like we got to know about Russia, Russians, the culture, arts, people, foods etc. and etc.  OLGA is the BEST.
Olga was not only knowledgeable about St. Petersburg but her personality sparkled and she was very approachable about questions that could be interpreted wrong which she never did-she received every question friendly and answered all.
If Olga displays your 'staff', you have a successful business.  Thank you for giving us a wonderful tour of St. Petersburg.

Olga was early & so friendly-organized. She made sure everyone was comfortable.
Her knowledge was very impressive. She was so thoughtful and resourceful in helping with my mother, who had difficulty in walking. Fabulous sights with historical significance so useful.
Bus was comfortable, clean and always close by! Olga gave us so much info and shared many stories. We could feel her love to St. Peters. This city is so full of history, so beautiful. It was a great. We thoroughly enjoyed your gorgeous city! We will certainly come back one day.
